Whether you are curious about Christianity, just starting out your faith journey, or are looking for a new church to call home, you are welcome at Heights Church! We want you to feel comfortable, so before you visit please read the following information to learn more about our church: We are multicultural and diverse. You will see people of all different ages, nationalities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds - all are welcome at Heights Church. We are spirit filled. During the music and prayer times, you may see people raising their hands or kneeling. We do this as a way to honor God. We also believe that God moves today just like He did during Biblical times. We pray for healing (both physical and emotional), for miracles, and are open to the Holy Spirit working in our lives and moving during our services. We take communion. Every Sunday, we take communion. It is an "open communion" meaning as long as you are a member of the Body of Christ, you are invited to take communion with us no matter what church or denomination you are a member of. During communion, we always have a time of prayer. If you would like prayer for any reason, please find a prayer partner standing in the front. They would be more than happy to pray with you. We want to get to know you! We love visitors and want to get to know you! Please fill out a visitor information card which are available as you walk in or during the service. |
